Metalworking Fluids Sales and Application Engineer
Job Description :
Manage the assigned territory/segment of existing customers and develop new business for Quaker Houghton products.
This job is for Caravan Oil Suppliers which is the authorised distributor for Quaker Houghton
Industry : Industrial consumables and metal cutting fluids.
Area : Field Sales, Business Development in: Peenya, Tumkur, Doddaballapur, Devenahalli, Hoskote, whitefield etc
Role : Sales and Application Engineer.
Candidate profile :
Education : Diploma or graduate
Experience : 1 to 3 years in at least any one of the following fields:
- Metal cutting fluids
- Metal cutting tools
- Metal forging
- Metal die-casting
- Metal heat treatment
- Aerospace component manufacturing
- Automotive component manufacturing
Smart, aggressive sales professional with good communication skills. Knowledge of industrial customers in Bangalore. Having own two-wheeler. Knowledge of English and Kannada. Ability to manage assigned territory, understand customer needs, conduct and monitor product trials, build relationship at shop floor level and convince customers regarding the superior value of QH metal cutting fluids
Internship Opportunities for College Freshers
For college students who have just completed their bachelors/diploma in engineering (any field) we have a trainee position available.
Selected candidates will go through an extensive training course that includes technical training in metalworking fluid technology by Quaker Houghton’s experts as well as field visits to various manufacturing companies where they will become familiarised with the practical applications of metalworking fluids and particularly the practical applications of Quaker Houghton’s products in various manufacturing processes.
We will be offering an attractive stipend during this training process.
Further Career opportunities
Candidates that successfully finish the training period will be offered the position of sales and application engineer.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Diploma in any engineering field.
- Strong and confident communication skills in Kannada and English
- Working knowledge in Word, Excel, and other business applications
- Having own 2-wheeler
